In January of 2007, we established a joint venture, TIANJIN PEGASUS-SHIMAMOTO AUTO PARTS CO., LTD. in Tianjin City, China, together with Shimamoto Die casting Co., Ltd., in order to manufacture and sell automotive parts employed for automobile safety seat belt retractors. In addition, in April of 2013, we established PEGASUS-SHIMAMOTO AUTO PARTS (VIETNAM) CO., LTD. in Dong Nai province, while aiming to expand the die casting industry in Southeastern Asia.
